What does an annual function organiser actually do?
KalaManch handles the entire school annual function: theme and script writing, choreography, music, costumes, props, set and backdrop design, lighting, sound, rehearsals with students and complete show-day execution.
How early should a school book a Founder's Day production?
We recommend 8 to 12 weeks before the date so rehearsals fit comfortably around academics. Compact 4-week productions are also possible for smaller Founder's Day ceremonies.
Which cities do you serve?
We work across Noida, Greater Noida, Delhi, Ghaziabad, Faridabad and Gurugram, and travel to schools elsewhere in India on request.
Can you work with our existing dance and drama teachers?
Yes. Our directors and choreographers collaborate with your in-house teachers so the production stays true to your school's culture.
